My passion is helping others live the best life possible by teaching them how to use the power of their subconscious mind to rid themselves of negative thinking and sabotaging beliefs that hold them back and limit what they can be and do.
It is interesting where life leads us. When I was younger I naively thought that life progressed in a straightforward linear fashion. I once believed that, just like wine, relationships only got better with age, until I went through a contentious divorce. I also thought that each job would be better and pay more money than the last, until I found myself stalled out in ill-suited jobs I ended up hating. At one point I even convinced myself that I had things under control, but that was a laugh because “life” had different ideas. My life started taking all sorts of interesting twists and turns, certainly not in a straight line or all of them forward. I spent a lot of energy living a life I didn’t want, so I know how it feels to want to be or do something different but without any idea of how to make that happen.
It was in my quest to change my own life that I discovered that the secret to success (for anything) lies in the power of the mind. If we are genuinely going to make lasting changes it must happen at the subconscious level, literally from the inside out. It was this change of thinking and a desire to make a career change that led me to pursue advanced training for the energy healing techniques I use today that include EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) PSYCH-K® and The Emotion Code. What my clients say about the effectiveness of this work speaks for itself.
For more than 14 years I have had a private stress management practice in Ft. Collins, CO. During that time, I have seen firsthand the fallout from living a stressful, unfulfilled and unhappy life and the toll that can take on the human psyche. As a result, I am dedicated to teaching others how to get past their own self-imposed mental limitations and create a better life for themselves.
Both a teacher and a lifelong learner, my formal education includes a BFA from the University of Denver, an MA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and additional graduate work at the University of Phoenix in Denver. My work experience includes teaching college level courses at community colleges and vocational schools in the Denver area, and a long career in Corporate America.
